My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to the shopping mall and Estadio Caliente, providing convenience for both business and pleasure trips. The rooms, particularly the one I had to the wedding all the way to the back on the 3rd floor, had a horrible smell like damp towels, which was quite unpleasant. The service of the staff, on the other hand, was friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

The hotel is wonderfully located, close to a shopping mall and the caliente stadium. Staff are very attentive and always ready to help. The rooms are impeccably clean and make you feel like you're in heaven. However, the dining experience could use some improvement with menu accuracy. The sitting area is charming but should remain open a bit later for guests to relax fully.
